This quality adjustable Bed Rail is manufactured in accordance with MHRA guidelines, from high quality 1.2 gauge epoxy resin coated steel tube. The bed rail is designed with an adjustable telescopic tube which passes below the mattress; the looped handles extend up the side of the mattress to provide supportive, easy-to-use looped handrails to assist in smooth transfers into and out of bed. If required, one end of the bed rail can be turned facing downwards along the side of the mattress, to allow an able bodied user to transfer from the bed without assistive support. The bed rail incorporates a safety bar to prevent head entrapment.
